Private Guided Tours

Peek into hell on the top of Mt.Nokogiri and you can also appreciate a giant granite Buddha.
Mt. Nokigiri is one of Chiba's most famous mountains. Standing 329 meters high, it features a grand lookout point and is home to a temple complex containing one of Japan's largest Buddhas.

A National licensed guide will guide you in a private car that does not require any permission under the Road Transport Act.

Sample Itinerary

  • 10:00 meet at your hotel in Chiba area or Narita airport
  • Drive up Mt.Nokogiri by a private car
    A grand lookout point - Peek into hell - Stone Quarry Ruins - Great Buddha of Nihon-ji - Goddess of Mercy - Group of Stone Buddhas
    ⭐️You can see Miura peninsula or Mt.Fuji if the weather is good from the observatory.⭐️
  • 13:00 Lunch
