I believe it’s quite rare to have the opportunity to eat fugu outside of Japan, but it is very popular here. I’d like to explain how licensed chefs prepare fugu. It’s a valuable experience to learn directly from the chef. Although it’s a bit far from Tokyo, please feel free to make a reservation if you’re interested. If you plan to go to Oita on your own, that’s no problem at all. Just let us know in that case.
