“Miyama Thatched Village” is well known for its traditional Japanese farming hamlet with the abundant natural scenic resources. In 2021, UN World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) selected “Miyama Thatched Village” as Best Tourism Village, which stands for the villages that seek new tourism programs based on SDGs to preserve local communities and cultures. In our tour, you can enjoy visiting thatched roof houses, eating local cuisine, hike in the forest and the riverside, etc.
