IAI Stadium Nihondaira—home of Shimizu S-Pulse—is famous for its dramatic hillside setting, where Mt. Fuji can appear behind the stands and Suruga Bay shines in the distance on clear days, making it one of Japan’s most photogenic stadium stops.
This private, cruise-friendly 7-hour tour is paced for comfort, local insight, and a reliable return to port by private car. Begin at IAI Stadium Nihondaira for a memorable introduction to Shizuoka’s soccer culture and scenic stadium setting, then continue to Nihondaira Yume Terrace for sweeping views of Mt. Fuji, Suruga Bay, and the surrounding landscape. Next, ride the Nihondaira Ropeway (about 5 minutes) for a scenic transition toward Kunozan, and visit Kunozan Toshogu Shrine, a richly decorated historic site connected to Tokugawa Ieyasu.
