IAI Stadium Nihondaira—home of Shimizu S-Pulse—is famous for its dramatic hillside setting, where Mt. Fuji can appear behind the stands and Suruga Bay shines in the distance on clear days, making it one of Japan’s most photogenic stadium stops.
This private, cruise-friendly 7-hour tour is paced for comfort, local insight, and a reliable return to port by private car. Start with the panoramic viewpoints of Nihondaira, then take the Nihondaira Ropeway (the ride is about 5 minutes) for a scenic transition toward Kunozan.  Continue to Kunozan Toshogu Shrine, a richly decorated historic site connected to Tokugawa Ieyasu—please note the approach can involve 1,159 stone steps, so we’ll keep a comfortable pace and adjust as needed.
To close the day, we’ll visit IAI Stadium Nihondaira for a memorable look at Shizuoka’s soccer culture and viewpoint-worthy scenery.
